Terms and Conditions for Vendors
By registering as a vendor on “Treataat” you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility and Legal Compliance
- Vendors must be legally registered businesses or individuals licensed to provide beauty and wellness services.
- It is the Vendor’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local, state, and national laws regarding licensing, insurance, taxation, and hygiene standards.
Service Listings
Vendors must provide clear, truthful, and detailed information about each service offered, including:
- Service or Product name
- Description
- Price
- Duration
- Location (on-site, in-salon, or at client’s location)
Use of stock images or misleading visuals is strictly prohibited.
Listings must be regularly updated to reflect availability and accurate pricing.
Booking & Scheduling
- Vendors are responsible for managing their own availability calendar.
- All service bookings must be honoured unless cancelled in accordance with the platform’s policy.
- Vendors must respond to booking requests, changes, or inquiries in a timely manner (typically within 24 hours).
Professional Conduct
- Vendors must uphold high standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and professional appearance.
- All equipment used during services must be properly sanitized before and after use.
- Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior towards clients will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
Client Privacy & Confidentiality
- Vendors must respect client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Personal or medical information shared by the client must not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.
Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
- Vendors must provide a minimum of [X] hours’ notice for cancellations.
- Repeated cancellations or late arrivals may result in lower vendor ratings or deactivation of services.
- In the event of a no-show without valid reason, the platform reserves the right to withhold payment and impose penalties.
Refunds & Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes regarding service quality or delivery, Treataat will investigate the matter based on client and vendor input.
- If a refund is granted due to Vendor error, the Vendor may forfeit payment for that booking.
- Continuous complaints may result in vendor account review or Suspension.
Commission & Payout Terms
- The Platform charges a commission of 12% on each successful booking.
- Payouts are processed on a [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] basis, subject to minimum threshold limits and payment gateway processing time.
- Any transaction or payout issues must be reported within 7 days.
Marketing & Promotions
- The Platform may promote Vendor services on its website, app, or social media platforms.
- Vendors may opt into special promotions, discounts, or featured listings for additional visibility.
- Vendors grant Treataat the right to use their logos, photos, and business name for marketing purposes.
Data & Platform Use
- Vendors agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or exploit theplatform or its data for unauthorized purposes.
- Automated tools, bots, or scraping of platform content is prohibited.
- Vendor accounts are non-transferable and must not be shared without permission.
Termination & Account Deactivation
- Either party may terminate the agreement with [30] days written notice.
- Immediate termination may occur for:
Breach of terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Repeated negative client feedback
- Misuse of the platform
Liability & Indemnification
- Vendors are solely responsible for the safety, quality, and outcome of the services they provide.
- Treataat is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from vendor services.
- Vendors agree to indemnify the Platform against any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from their business operations.
Modifications to Terms
- The Platform reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of major changes.
- Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
